really wanna go for vacation...now still searching for caves and mountain in sarawak...long time i didnt have chance to get to all this mount climbing and caving stuff...miss it so much...so far one of my target is gunung api...my dream since very long time ago...hope i really can get there one day....i already check for all the info that i need to know...i believe not long from now...i will fulfill my DREAM...

kinda miss maldives actually...but too late...haha..already here in malaysia...oi..not too late actually...have an offer from the new jr sous chef,ask me to help him for another 6 month...and i can go back for just 6 month contract...have to really think bout that...hahaha...kinda happy working now...confused again....but who can resist heaven?? sun,sea and sand....best diving spot...haiyo...dun think..

kinda weird again today...just finish walking in the rain.. come back from work and its raining so what to do?? few taxi didnt stop for me...i dun have money or what?? today i made a small cake for my boss guest..just a normal cake.. i dun believe i'm the one who made it..it look like a cake from the 80's...hahaha... lack of idea... kinda boring in work today...on break time do something that really stupid...just snap photo on whatever that i could think...

clueless

live is kinda boring i sometimes. as for me,sometimes i really dunno what else to do except to work and earn money. anything else better can i do?? some friend of mine used to work for a period of time and use the money they earn for traveling, why cant i do that?
today i have created a new dessert and everyone like it so much...i called it frozen apple yogurt parfait with an apple tart tartin. it sounds confusing but actually a chilled mousse with a french apple tart. pic?? sure have lah...but not now..i forgot to take a picture today...sorry loh...but i have the picture of my previous dessert called malaysia breakfast dessert consist of a nasi lemak mousse with peanut nougatine,roti canai with dhall cream pattiserie and teh tarik ice cream with tea foam...hahaha sounds nice?? actually i dun really like it..it is actually my boss idea to have malaysian breakfast for dessert. then i further down discover the mousse. sounds like r&d huh...its my job anyway...
